If your package has not arrived by the expected delivery date or if you suspect it is lost, please reach out to our customer service team immediately. We will escalate the matter with the carrier (e.g., USPS / Canada Post) and investigate the issue. If the carrier declares the package lost or the tracking information ceases to update after a certain time frame, we will reship your order at no additional charge.
